MINDFULNESS MONDAY:
The Essential Selection
This week we are making time to rise and shine.
Whether you meditate first thing in the morning, at midday, in the afternoon, or just before bed give yourself a minute to ‘rise and shine”.
A suggestion for the week:
• Come to a comfortable sitting position and set a timer for at least 5 minutes.
• Take a few minutes to meditate silently.
• When you finish, stand up and stretch your arms and smile nice and big.
• Envision light shining from all directions around you, like sunlight.
