Recommended Guidelines for Physical Activity
The Physical Activity Guidelines recommend having 150 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity per week with 2 days of a muscle strengthening activity. This can be broken up into 5 30-minute periods of activity per week.

Each of the Workout Series videos and Yoga Asana Sequences (available in the membership) are around 30 minutes. I recommend having a mixture of the workouts 2-3 times per week and also doing a yoga sequence 2-3 times per week. For each of these exercise periods choose a video at a level that is appropriate for you keeping in mind your physical capabilities.

Keeping this schedule, along with your normal daily activity, will allow you to meet the recommended activity level for your best overall health.
