MINDFULNESS MONDAY:


This week we are practicing conscious breathwork. Through breathwork we are able to clear away old energy and old ways of doing things.


A suggestion for the week:

• Breathe consciously: one inhale into the belly, a second inhale into the chest, and then one full exhale.

• Let the body become completely relaxed, signaling to the nervous system that old patterns can be cleared.

• Silently repeat the phrase “Now is new” with every component of the breath. “Now” on the belly inhale, “is” on the chest inhale and “new” on the exhale.

• Practice this breathwork exercise for 5 minutes. Then take 3 deep breaths in and out and set a mindful intention for yourself.
