MINDFULNESS MONDAY:


Today we have an affirmation for diligence.


A suggestion for the week:

• Come to a comfortable position, set a timer for at least 5 minutes.

• Soften your gaze and focus on your breathing to become centered.

• Repeat the following affirmation:

“As I move through life, I do so with flexibility yet consistency. As I move through life, I do so with playfulness yet reverence. As I move through life, I do so with power yet gentleness.”
