MINDFULNESS MONDAY:
Today we are looking at out mindful presence in activities.
A suggestion for the week:
Throughout your day today, become very present in whatever task is at hand. Bring your attention to different aspects of what you are doing; whether it is a task you consider a chore or a joy, treat it the same. Silently repeat the mantra “This is exactly what I want to be doing” to help keep you in the moment. Notice how it changes the experience.
