Today we have something to contemplate.


A suggestion for the week:

• Come to a comfortable position without distractions and set a timer for at least 5 minutes.

• Ponder following statement, making note of any thoughts or feelings that arise.

Consider that birth is not the beginning of existence and that death is not the end.
