MINDFULNESS MONDAY:
This week we are taking a few minutes to practice toning mantras meditation.
A suggestion for the week:
• Come to a comfortable position either sitting or lying and set a timer for a t least 5 minutes.
• Focus on taking full and complete breaths.
• Let your exhales be long and complete, releasing a humming sound for the entire out breath “mmmm……..”
• You may choose to experiment with different pitches, notes, or tomes with each exhale.
• Focus your attention on the experience of the vibration throughout your body.
