MINDFULNESS MONDAY:


Today we have a meditation for self-love.


A suggestion for the week:

• Come to a comfortable sitting position, set a timer for at least 5 minutes and close your eyes.

• Focus on your breathing for a minute to settle and become present.

• Consider the fact that even with all of your character defects, quirks, and foibles, you are perfectly lovable, loved and worthy of love.

• Notice any thoughts or feelings that arise from this concept.
