MINDFULNESS MONDAY:


This week we are looking at forgiveness.


A suggestion for the week:


• Take a few minutes this week to contemplate that for one to forgive, they are accepting things as they are and to not judge or condemn the soul of the one you forgive. It is not necessary to reestablish a relationship with those you have forgiven, only that the release happens within your own heart.


Have a kindness filled week!
