MINDFULNESS MONDAY:
This week we have a meditation starring…. You!
You are the star of your own movie. Meditate to become more conscious of the character you live when nobody is watching.
A suggestion for the week:
• Set a timer for at least 5 minutes and come to a comfortable position.
• Take a few deep breaths and allow your body to relax.
• Envision the room you are in, your actual environment. See it in your mind like a movie set.
• Reflect on the past 24 hours, as if every single moment had been filmed.
• Imagine the next 24 hours, all of the places you will go and things you will do. What development will your character experience?
• Take a few moments in meditation to reflect.
