MINDFULNESS MONDAY:


This week we are taking a few minutes to practice toning mantras meditation.


A suggestion for the week:


• Come to a comfortable position either sitting or lying and set a timer for a t least 5 minutes.

• Focus on taking full and complete breaths.

• Let your exhales be long and complete, releasing a humming sound for the entire out breath “mmmm……..”

A suggestion for the week:

• Come to a comfortable position without distractions and set a timer for at least 5 minutes.

• Ponder following statement, making note of any thoughts or feelings that arise.

Consider that birth is not the beginning of existence and that death is not the end.

Today we have an affirmation for diligence.


A suggestion for the week:

• Come to a comfortable position, set a timer for at least 5 minutes.

• Soften your gaze and focus on your breathing to become centered.

• Repeat the following affirmation:

This week we are looking at our strength and flexibility. When we move through life with the strength of conviction, we maintain clear direction, and over time we achieve visible results. When we navigate our challenges with grace and flexibility, we are less likely to be thrown off course.


A suggestion for the week:

Strength and flexibility come together like a beautifully flowing but deliberate dance.

• Come to a comfortable position and set a timer for at least 5 minutes.

• Meditate on dancing through your life. In your stillness call to mind the different circumstances you are experiencing in your life now and you see yourself gracefully dancing through each one.
